Evolution Of Love III - The Unfinished Business..

July 22nd 2012 :

"Well when in the first part of this “Trilogy”, I did mention something about buying time, seems like I was too rich to buy too much of it. So here I am after a good couple of months to come back and finally be done with the pompous piece. It’s strange when it comes to writing, you are so comfortable writing about things around, but the minute you have to start writing about some thing which is really close to your heart, you suddenly seem lost for words, your thought process is jammed and refuse to budge like a cow in the middle of the road. You tell yourself to take it easy, it’s not like it’s an assignment to be completed. Simultaneously you are questioning your mind – ‘Why do you cease to stop when it matters?? ‘- Something similar to what Rahul Bose experienced in that cool movie “Pyaar ke Side Effects” when Sophie (phhewww!!) calls him for “coffee” to her place. Well the only difference being he had a different organ of the human body that was not “rising up” to the occasion. Well without dwelling much into my dilemma of writing and putting up this one, I think the 2-3 readers of this blog are sold on my excuses for publishing this late."

Aug 23rd 2012 :

"So, the mature love story, where apparently both the parties are mature about the whole feeling called love at the same time constantly being judged by their baggage of the past.  As in the movie Before Sunset Celine puts it wonderfully - “Memories are wonderful things, if you don't have to deal with the past”. In this stage of evolution, men (I can vouch only for them) are in a relationship primarily because, they have never been in a relationship before or they think that in spite of all the short comings the current girl has, he’s ready to accept her because by then probably his self confidence is shattered and is constantly questioning his ability of getting a “better” girl than he’s currently with, and of course there’s the peer pressure to settle down. All this combine to form a good enough reason to give you your first “You can make a movie out of my life” thought, if its for the good reasons then you are sorted and lucky. If it’s for the bad reasons, then you still have lots in store my friend. In spite of all these “mind f**k” moments there are so many good reasons to be in love with that person whom you are eventually looking to settle down with. The..........

The Devil Inside You : Ha ha...You just can't write the epic climax...can you? What is it...Writers block..? Boredom? or...let me guess....just plain running away from writing something very close to your heart..of which you cant make fun of with your so called "sarcastic" wit!!

Me : Comeon! I am just bored of the same old template and concept...The usual boring couple of intro paragraphs, then the cheesy, mushy paragraph where the female audience will go "awwwwww" on and the male kind goes "Ee...bahut lamba phekta hei re...yeh!" and then the corny low resolution youtube videos and at last this "let me get inside my brains section" shit where we are right now!!!

The Devil Inside You : Such a coward you are, running away from things faster than Usain Bolt on dope! You just cant face it..do you??! Isnt that the truth......?

Me : I wonder how people work out of the same template...day in and day out for rest of once creative life...Madhur Bhandarkar...Respect!! Your patience level "figuratively" is as huge as Kim Kadarshians posterior man...!! (Eh..comeon..That's hugeeee...huh!)

Was Batman...Inceptioned??

Hello all…It’s been a crazy month, trying hard to complete the third and final part of the trilogy, but I am just not able to do so. Probably, this part is so close to my heart that there are umpteen thoughts in my head, but nothing coming on to the paper. So I decided to take a break, yeah… just like Nolan does in between his Batman movies to give few other gems(The Prestige, Inception). I thought, why not write about my favourite director himself- an ode to him in my own way. A tribute to the parallel world he created in all his fan’s mind- The Nolan’s Universe. So this story might (naa..it will) sound preposterous to you, but that’s been my exact intention in writing this piece. I know I am being ambitious, but for once, I wanted to get inside Nolan’s intricate brain and wanted to think like him. It all began when I read this particular blog, which ponders about a possibility of a fictitious situation where two of my favourite movies(Inception and Batman Series) are in fact related to each other through a common thread(star cast). Then it pushed me into thinking, if it were true, how would the story be? So…Here we go..!!

Alfred , the dutiful servant, epitome of loyalty, he was the driving force behind batman and he completed the Batman. Since he brought up Bruce Wayne, he was the only one whom Batman trusted on blindly….But...Hold on a second!! Wait…Is he really ??!

My crazy, bored “beautiful” mind thinks he is not!! Well…Alfred to me was like this cunning uncle of those 80’s-90’s heroine with great inheritance and property on her name left by her deceased parents who died (in a car crash of course!!). But the smart dady’s always put a clause in their will that the inheritance will be realised only when she turns 18. So the evil uncle of hers, treats her like a princess till she’s 18 and when she’s past that age, usually the knight in shining yellow pants and multicolour shirt reveals the wicked intentions of her uncle thereby kholofying the heroines aankhein. Ok….Now where the hell are we..??!! We were talking about Alfred being the evil guy…right? Why do you guys let me wander..Anyway coming back to the point!
Michael Caine(Alfred) as any Inception fan would know…is Leonardo’s (Cobb) guide/mentor/father(Miles) in Inception. He was the one who thought Cobb the tricks of the trade about how to manipulate and steal or incept ideas from/into the minds. So Inception was all Cobb’s show about how he does this impossible feat of implanting an idea as his final ticket to redemption and reunite with his family. But, Nolan being Nolan and in his universe what he did in his trilogy of Batman movies is showing an Inception of an idea on The Batman himself- and you very well know who’s capable of doing it??! Yep...!! The genius Alfred/Miles himself.

So what Alfred managed to do in this three part series is a strategic Inception of an idea in Bruce Wayne’s mind. You ask me what the idea is. “Making Bruce Wayne believe that Wayne Enterprises no longer needed him, so that he on his own foregoes it all to Alfred”. Smart eh! He made sure that in the first level of the dream, Bruce is made to believe that he’s above all the normal human beings and he had special powers, and hence had to safeguard the interests of this make belief city called Gotham (designed by Cobb....probably ;) ).  By the end of the first movie, he is convinced that he had super powers (really?) by defeating an antagonist(Ra's-Al-Ghul) who trained him to overcome his fears but wanted to ruin his city. Wayne Enterprises is a thing of past for him, he is a full time protector of the city.

In the second part, then Alfred pits him against an antagonist who’s no match in terms of physical prowess and agility, but who can mentally tear his opponent to pieces by killing his self-confidence. This is where Batman starts doubting himself. The Joker made sure he destroyed Batman’s personal life by leaving him all alone with huge baggage of past regrets, by making sure his childhood love is no more and he is indirectly responsible for it. Hence, the strategic feeling of guilt being implanted in his mind, another master stroke from Alfred-the wicked man.

It was all one!!
The third part is where it all culminates in to reality, the lower most layer of the dream. This is where he’s pitted against an antagonist who is superiorly powerful than him in terms of physical and emotional strength. He made sure that Batman had to come out of his temporary exile, so that he could save his city one last time from the bad guy. Now, if we dwell deep in the Nolan universe, wee see that Bane (or Tom Hardy) is the forgerer or impersonator of avatar’s-Eames in Inception. So the theory,  that he impersonated all the antagonist- Ras-Al-Ghul, Scarecrow, Twoface, The Joker himself and he chooses the last layer of dream to take his original form doesn’t sound all that ludicrous, does it? And to top it all there's Mal(Marion Cotillard) who reprises her role of playing around with the protagonists emotions, this time she was even successful to an extent with the batman. Now..Could it get any better than this eh?! In the end, the might Bane incepted the Batman making him realise that he’s no more worthy enough to either protect the city or run Wayne Enterprises, there by going into a self imposed exile and foregoing everything to his (so-called) trusted butler Alfred and finding a suitable substitute for himself. Take a bow Alfred, and Christopher Nolan, you can join him too!!

PS: Thanks to Nolan for repeating his star cast in a strategic way, there by buying me some credibility on this story. Wait…or is it all a grand scheme?!! Probably his next movie would answer it.

Evolution of Love II - College the "Cool-age"

Before I begin, I thank you all for those wonderful reactions and hits, apologies for the delays on the second part; I can be a lazy bum. Hoping you enjoy this as much as the first one. So here we go :)

There are so many bollywood movies who have made sure the subject of college love is done to death, they have tried every permutation combination, girl hates boy, boy loves girl; both hate each other; both love each other, but parents hate each others, but eventually they either die or get married. Hollywood as always is a notch ahead, they added a twist to the college romance, their latest experiment is putting an immortal vampire(Yeah!! the pale face, red lips, sparkle in the sun variety) in a college romance…and make a female with wooden expression fall in love with him...creative ehh!?

Anyway so now that you have successfully transitioned into the college life, one thing that acts on you big time is something called the peer pressure. If you were a nerd who got a 90+ in your 12th boards, things just might change in the college when you see your friend singing the “Summer of 69” and strumming the guitar alongside, or you see that actor friend of yours going overboard on that Shakespearian adaption, or that lanky guy with his basketball antiques. This is when you realise a part of your mind telling you its high time you did something apart from just studying.

But coming back to the point, if your persistence pays and you ultimately do manage to find love, then there starts a saga of- that one moment of eye contact where in a thousand emotions are passed on in that one second of eye contact; those artistically tweaked parody songs from  friends whose lyrics so easily accommodate her name so that they can tease you whenever she’s passing by, making you wonder if the lyricist was actually thinking of your crushes name while writing it; getting that sms top up done so that you can be connected to the special someone with those endless messaging marathons; the bunking of the classes and going to movies with a group and then manipulating your position so that you can sit besides her; those last few pages of the notebooks and the tables in your class having only two names aesthetically written on them; making sure your wardrobe shrieks of only one colour-her favourite one; waiting for that lovely weather so that you can take her on that drive on that borrowed bike and the dinner date which follows in that expensive place whose waiter gives you those “you are not worth this place” looks when you place that meagre order of a starter and a cold drink for obvious reasons.

In this stage the innocence is lost; love is not the only driving factor to be in a relationship. Ego’s come into picture, it’s so easy to let go off. You realise that there are options in this world and you are always on the “explore” mode.

That’s college love…full of convenience and experiments which more than usual goes haywire. But there are a couple of them who do manage to find the love of their lives.

Ok the the song part,

This song was so refreshing and so apt for a college romance and I have fond memories of this. Probably because I was in college when it came out ;)

Meanwhile:

The Devil Inside you: Ahhh!! You two did have something going on there...Huh!! You should have heeded my advice...Once a friend always a friend!

Me: But doesn’t it always start with being friends? Doesn’t love need the understanding of a friend?

The Devil Inside Me:Ha ha..! You naive college passout. Girls are built differently. They wouldn't want you but still cant do without you.

Me: Then what do I do to make her realise?

The Devil Inside Me: Hmmm...lets play dirty, hang out with that hot girl. If she's green with envy, she will wonder why. There. That’s how she knows she loves you.

Me :Evil!!

PS: Thanking a sweet friend (who..btw was so desperate to contribute to my blog :P) for providing her experiences and inputs. You know who you are ;)

The Evolution Of Love - Part I ( The School Boy in Love)

I started writing this post a month ago during my vacation, but could never complete it. So please read it with a -“Man this guy was pretty bored while writing this post” attitude so that you can relate to it.

Since I am too lazy to write down the whole thing in one single post, ill split the posts into three parts so that you will enjoy it reading and I buy some time to write down the remaining parts. So this post officially shall be my first Trilogy(ahh!! Pompous me!!)

It’s been a boring couple of weeks with joblessness at its peak, there is this constant feeling that I am fighting off- that I am bound to do something better and bigger in my life than warming my cosy bed and couch (Ahhh..!!! “Couch potato” makes so much sense now). A life of a jobless guy with a job is a test on one’s endurance of boredom.

Amongst all this boredom, I thought I would catch up with some reading, and when you are bored you seriously don’t want to read the intellectual stuff, you are happy reading the cheesy, frothy, easy on your vocabulary kind of book- if I may put so “Chetan Bhagat”ish book. Thus I lay my hands on the “Nation’s Bestseller”- I Too Had A Love Story. This is surely one of those books which shall make every female kind go “Awwww..” followed by some tears and emotional outburst-with a common question both the reader and the protagonist in the novel ask almighty – “Why her of all people??!” But that’s life for us, time is the best healer and the show goes on-last known he released a sequel named- “Can Love Happen Twice”. (Uhh…Double Standards??! Any one??!)

What I liked about the novel was the innocence with which he captured the finer details of the feeling of being in love for the first time. Then a thought just struck me- the fact that love is so different in different stages of a man’s life. It ranges from a school-boy’ish puppy love which is filled with innocence and naivety at its best, to a mature love involving commitment and other extreme emotions. Since I can give you only the male perspective of the story, I try to put words to the “Evolution of Love” seen from a boy to a man’s perspective.

This is the stage when people discover the feeling of love, till then the only people you loved are your parents, siblings (not really), pets, toys and all other random stuff. All this till a certain age, when a certain chapter in the biology book is taught, behind all those sniggers and smirks, you realise that the world is a completely different place. Also, the greatest mystery in your life till that date is solved-you get a convincing answer to that innocent question little kids always asked their parents-“How did I come into this world?”

The crush of yours becomes an important aspect of your life, then there starts an unending saga of sharing of lunch boxes, asking your mum to cook that special item for lunch (yep…the one which she likes the most :D), parking your cycle besides hers, faking illness so that you can be absent and hence giving you a very valid reason of going to her place for “copying notes”, giving her the extra chocolate or the special chocolate on your birthday, making that visit to the “Archies Gallery” to buy her the ”Happy Birthday” card and going back home and dab generous amounts of your mum’s perfume making sure her room wouldn’t need a room freshener when the card is opened, picking up a fight with the school bully so that you are a man in front of her and the story of impressing a girl starts from this stage and till the further stages all man does is impress the fairer sex, some people have to put an effort and some… just learn the guitar! ;)

Such was the innocence and naivety, you didn’t know a word called expectation existed and so you never fought over trivial things. Then comes the transition phase where you are about to get to the college phase and you realise that puppy love is passé and a new colourful life is awaiting the other side of the school.

The song which first comes onto your mind is the evergreen Pehla Nasha song, but I love the remix version of it because so it so beautifully encapsulates the puppy love!

Pehla Nasha Remix

Meanwhile:
The Devil Inside You: That school love of yours…!! Is she joining the same college as yours??
Me: She is..
The Devil Inside You: She is..!!???? Ohhhhhh…so you got a love story going! So..now you are the committed guy who cant make a pass on the other good looking girls…Ahh!! Pity you boy!
Me:*Sigh*

An experience called Symbi...

Welcome To Symbi !

This blog is dedicated to the two years of my life in Symbi, in unarguably one of the most beautiful campuses on earth. The experiences, the journey, the learning’s and the unlearning.

In another week it will be all over, this place when I first came down two years ago was the most beautiful of campuses where dreams are woven, friends are made and expectations from them by default, and primarily we are here to LEARN-both academics and importantly the nitty grit ties of a journey called life. But strangely at the end of two years, I am pretty much convinced that this place has mind of its own. Like the heroine in those cheap Ramsay brother’s horror movies, who is the beautiful eye candy in the day and the ugly looking, heavily make up laden devil by the night, this place for me is that-with a dual persona. As they say a picture speaks a thousand words (thanks and due credit to the original photographer to capture it) this picture of the main gate encapsulates my point very beautifully, the main gate which opens out to the village of “knowledge” - brimming with life and loads of positive energy in the daylight, suddenly gets this mystical, haunted quality like it’s a snapshot taken out of a horror movie’s scene once its night.
From no where an entrance to the "Knowledge Village"-Credit to original photographer
Symbi at night..

Like the yin and yang, everything here is divided here,-SIBM/MC-SITM, Marketing-Systems, X committee-Y committee, North Indian-South Indian, X Group-Y Group .As pleasing it is at the surface, the more messier and divided it is deep down inside. No wonder the people too start imbibing from the place and end up like it. I am not sure if it’s the place that defines the people or the people that define the place, probably happens both ways.
Just like all dreams woven here do not turn into reality, not all friends made stick around till the end, it usually happens that they don’t meet your expectations(I know we all hate that word…don’t we? ) and most importantly- not necessarily you end up learning in this place, for me personally this place was more about unlearning than learning. I guess, for learning new things you will have to unlearn all the previous experiences and knowledge. This place has made me wiser in many respects, but at the same time made me look equally dumb many a times making me constantly realise that life is an one unending quest for learning, I personally ended up learning stuff from people whom I personally never felt I could take anything from considering their initial interactions with me (no wonder people carry a bad first impression of me as a snobby guy with an attitude).

What will I miss from this place?

I’ll surely miss the craziness of the place lots of crazy things being done these two years(lets not get into the finer details :D), ill miss Pune city-surely in my list of places where I want to settle down, ill miss the food from here-haven’t seen a place which is so diverse in terms of food from south Indian to continental you get it all, ill miss those 40 mins bus rides from the shutter island to the city where all you did was thinking and introspect, the beautiful sunset and realising the fact that something so spectacularly beautiful is so often missed by us and is taken for granted, ill miss people who have made me explore my varied facets-from the  16 yr old teenager in me who is busy “making a database” to the completely opposite 35 yr old mature guy in me to whom people look up to when it comes for advice and last but not the least- I will probably miss raising hands every time Dr.Mazumdar (Our founder) asks the audience in front of a distinguished guest on how many students are non Maharashtrians in the audience :D

I thank you everyone, contrary to what you guys think I have learned something from each one of you.The experience called SITM shall be cherished for all the good and the bad reasons.
Well I am not creating a legacy of ending blog posts with Jim Morisson’s poetry, but I am so compelled to do so right now because he so beautifully encapsulates what majority of us feel in the fag end of this journey.

So here it goes….

People are strange when you're a stranger
Faces look ugly when you're alone
Women seem wicked when you're unwanted
Streets are uneven when you're down

When you're strange

Faces come out of the rain
When you're strange
No one remembers your name
When you're strange
When you're strange
When you're strange

Decoding Negative Emotions...with Jim Morisson and Chetan Bhagat.

PS: This post is completely self indulgent one, so…if you bored to death, having nothing else to do and have decided to go ahead and read it… your patience would be highly appreciated. So here we go!

Have been planning to write for quite a while…but, seemed to be suffering from a writers block (I knw!! Hw much do I write anyway??!! :D). But yeah, the fact remains I couldn’t come up with a funny thought or a thought which provoked me into asking questions and then driving me mad to find the answers. Well, that is until I read Chetan Bhagat-The Paperback king’s latest “best seller” – Revolution 2020 and simultaneously another thing happened to me, I have rediscovered Jim Morisson’s (The Door’s rather..) music. Yup that’s how interesting a B-School grad’s life gets in the final semester of his course. You tend to rediscover already discovered things, but initially when you discovered them, your naïve soul devoid of experiences never related to it. But, when the same naïve mind is made to pass through experiences-some negative, some positive, suddenly these rediscovered stuff start making sense to you, you think “Ahhhh….That’s me that they are talking about in their songs (or stories)!!!”
There are some people whom you just love to hate…or rather...just hate to love! Jim and Chetan are just those kind. I know..I am comparing chalk and cheese here, on one hand we have the always stoned/high, rebellious, larger than life rockstar, who actually is a poet par excellence(according to me at least) and the other is IIM, IIT  pass-out, investment banker turned author who looks like a typical mumma’s boy(yeah you know the kind..who fills “My Fav Drink:” column on school slam books with” MILK”!!) But they do have something in common, something which makes them special…something which made them successful, and so begins my quest to finding an answer to he question..

What is it that makes them so special?

One thing that strikes immediately to your mind is their intelligence; both of them are superiorly intellectual human beings with a superb eye for finer details with a complex thought process. Their observations about the world are so enviable and you often the question-“How come you didn’t see what they did so effortlessly?”
To quote an example, if you happen to listen to the song- “Light My Fire” by The Doors, you will realize(if you have dwelled deep enough) that the opening verse is so simple and free flowing positive emotion talking about igniting passion and love.

You know that it would be untrue
You know that I would be a liar
If I was to say to you
Girl, we couldn't get much higher

Then comes the second verse..

The time to hesitate is through
No time to wallow in the mire
Try now we can only lose
And our love becomes a funeral pyre

Jim Morisson
The verse suddenly jumps to a negative emotion; it makes a transition from talking about love to something so dark like death. The vocabulary suddenly becomes sophisticated; the words seem to have a mind of their own. It seems like it came from a person who has gone through a lot of negativity in ones life.
No prizes for guessing, the verses were written by two different people. The opening verse was written by Robby Krieger, the guitarist of The Doors. Whereas, the second verse was written by Jim himself, and that explains the contrast in the thought process of a common man and a drunk genius (aint’ glorifying drinking in any manner). This contrast hopefully establishes my point.

Chetan Bhagat

Chetan Bhagat on the other hand presents a complex thought in the most simplest of manner. His wisecracks and cheeky one liners are surely a derivative of his keen observational skills. His understanding of the female psyche too is exceptional. In fact I think he is hiding another degree apart from the IIT and IIM, that of PhD in Women’s Psychology. He surely knows the female kind inside out; being his wife should be quite intimidating.

The other most striking common factor is that both talk and glorify negative emotions. Their stories and songs celebrate the underdog in everyone, making it so relatable to the common masses. The difference lies in that Jim appeals to the intellectual loser and Chetan to the common loser found in almost everyone. Common…who hasn’t lost in love, who hasn’t sacrificed their happiness in order to see someone else happy, who hasn’t worn the mask of happiness when your heart just reeks of sorrow….Who hasn’t???!  This is a common expression and by writing about it these guys just are able to relate to it to a wide range of audiences and the minute you are able to relate to it, it stays on with you. The Indian audiences have never rejected anything which celebrates sadness, be it Rajnikanth in his movies or Himesh Reshammiya’s melancholy filled songs and many more are standing examples of my point. You would love to hate them but you just cant help relate to what they intend.
So I guess there ends my quest to finding answers, so if you are a budding author you know what you need to do to click with the modern India, just write a story where the morally correct protagonist loses in love and is portrayed as an underdog. If he gets the girls at the end of the story then it’s a happy ending which still means it’s not completely negative. If he doesn’t get the girl, then you my friend have got yourself a new “bestseller” (read: Revolution 2020).
So I guess this is the end…Hopefully the next one will be fluffier and funnier than this one...Now that I have thrown in so much of Jim Morisson, you can take him one last time….

This is the end
Beautiful friend
This is the end
My only friend, the end

Of our elaborate plans, the end

Of everything that stands, the end
No safety or surprise, the end
I'll never look into your eyes...again

Now that you are through with the journey, your patience is highly appreciated and so will be your comments...

Ok..So its been an year...No updates..the best possible reason I could come up with would be...uhh....studies kept me busy, though I dont really have nething which could vouch for the genuinity of that statement. In retrospect..not even marks. Well, other possible reason i could give that blogspot is blocked in the hostel till 12 in the midnight, but for a guy who never sleeps before 3 in the night this cannot be an excuse. So...I guess it just boils down to one thing...
Its just plain laziness!!! :)

I jus realized its been a while that i have updated my blog when my senior(and a super inspiration to blog) Deepali commented to write more often. So Deepali(should i call u didi nw..u knw.. ur all married nd stuff nw :p ) here it goes!

This time I'll try to be more in touch with my masculine side of my thoughts...So much for bein accused that my blogs are too feminine ;) Before I begin to pen down (or rather type down..hail internet!!) my thoughts a statutory warning:

"What I am writing does not in any manner resemble what I am goin through in my personal life. Though, there are references to some of my frnds directly or indirectly, no apologies for dem...jus feel lucky dt ur part of dis blog-a history in making :p "

So..this thought struck me, when I heard these two break up songs which were so completely in contrast with each other. It kinda struck me how well guys react to their break up. Some sit and brood, some take to alcohol, some just say...WTF..I was nvr serious abt her(Oh! Yeah??When you are giftin a solitaire(ok..a diamond..happy!! i jus realised this is a bracket within a bracket..complicated story telling format u c :D) to the girl, you are not really serious..Are you??), there are some just smile for the whole world but cry and bleed from inside (unlike girls, we guys cant even talk to other guys about a breakup, bcoz all d guy in distress would get is some mocking, beer and if ur frnds are real gems, u might even end up wakin up d next morning with a woman, twice your age, smellin all jasminyy, the services ofcourse were duly sponsored by contri from your friends and before you assume stuff..no...it didnt happen to me..!!), and some ofcourse belong to the playboy category who make sure that they have their backs covered, ya you you know them right....the Seeta nahi tho Geeta types.

Anyway, getting back to the point. So I hear these songs and try to empathize with the song writers-Bilal & Amitabh Bhatacharya(the guy who wrote Dev.D songs)in this case(ya, they are the real heroes, d fake heroes just lip synch to their words) emotions. After all I am from that school of thought that until and unless you havent experienced something, you cant really write or talk about it.

The first song I heard is this one from Bilal Khan from the Coke studio album.

In this song, the guy after a breakup is so optimistic about the future. "D evenings bein same but u arent around, I dont care". He goes a step further and wishes for the girls well being even if she's someone elses' now. A streak of positivity is running throughout song even if the ethos of d song is filled with masked sadness, the guy is so optimistic about the future, add to it...Bilal's voice has the right mix of sadness and joy which makes sure that d song lingers around the grey area..neither sad nor a happy one. Now thats life to me...Whenever you fall, dust your pants and get going. So introducing you ...to the the uber cool 'let her go..if shes happy' type of boyfriend who manages to irks the girls ego(if i may say so..dont call me a male chauvinist..common isnt it a fact, every girl does want the guy to go down his knees to stop her from breaking up from him..! )

The second song is from our very own bollywood-Delhi Belly's Jaa Chudail..

One awesome song to be seen on the big screen...Everything about the song is so right, from Vir Das's entry to his a** smacking gig and ofcourse how can you forget the Sitar on the Fire routine(Farah Khan, take a bow, instead of directing those no-brainers, why dont you go back to choreographing such awesome songs). The song celebrates the break up, he makes the girl feel miserable owing all his myseries to the b***h whom he so hates now. Break up celebrated in a glorified way for sure..I am sure..its every guys fantasy to sing this song to his ex..Especially the last verse, I so like it:

"Phool vool kuch nahi
Sada hua aalo hai tu
You know what you are
Hoor nahi pari nahi
Jungli ek bhaloo hai tu
Arey ha ha ha
Go to hell"

Awesomness to d core..from a beautiful slim angel in white to an ugly fat wild bear in black..Hw cld some one come up wit smthng like dt..Nd here I think..I am creative..because... I blog once an year..Phrrrrrr to me :p

So...all the guys reading this(I knw there will be two of them for sure..hope der r more after this post), what do you wanna sing after your breakup??!

And all the girls reading this(I am sure, you are outnumbering the guys count..bt ill still tk d risk of gettin dis published) what do you wanna b singed to?All i wd say is be good to your boyfriends, you surely prefer being called a pari over a junglee baloo..dont you?!

Chao for now, hoping the next update wont take an year :)

PS:No animal/human was hurt or was undergoing any type of post breakup stress while this blog was being written.
